The traditional cezve pot, used to make Turkish coffee, has been an essential part of Viennese coffee culture for hundreds of years.  Turkish coffee may be sugared in the pot (never afterwards!), and is often flavored with spices such as cardamom, mastic, cinnamon, or cloves.  A few cubes of sugar or Turkish delight may be served alongside as a sweet treat.
